Train of thought …

A further installment of what we did on our summer holiday!

Your blogmaster is a supporter of the Lynton and Barnstaple steam railway, and visted their HQ at Woody Bay station for a few days in early July. Below are some photos taken at the time, culminating with a view of yours truly on the footplate of one of the locos just after completing a footplate ride along the line. (BTW, the date stamp on the first 3 photos is inaccurate, as the battery kept giving out!!)
